By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. The Official Rules control campaign-specific matters involving eligibility, selection, and the benefit.
Acceptance of terms
These terms form an agreement between you and Broward Flyers & Printing (“BFP”). If you do not agree, do not use the form or submit an application.
BFP may update these terms. The updated date appears on this page, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
Purpose of the website
The website provides campaign information, accepts applications, and offers protected internal tools for authorized BFP personnel.
Applicants do not need an account. Status access is provided through secure links sent to the application email; the portal does not allow editing the original application.
Use of the application form
- You must provide truthful, complete, and current information.
- You may submit only one application per person and per business.
- You may not use bots, scripts, false information, third-party identities, or methods intended to evade security or duplicate controls.
- You may not attempt to access data, accounts, administrative functions, or systems without authorization.
- You may not interfere with, damage, overload, or test the website for vulnerabilities without written authorization.
Relationship to the Official Rules
Submitting an application is also subject to the Official Rules and Privacy Policy.
If these Terms of Use conflict with the Official Rules on a campaign matter, the Official Rules control.
Content and intellectual property
The BFP website, brand, design, text, graphics, logos, software, and other content are protected by applicable law. No license is granted except the limited personal use necessary to view the site or apply.
Applicants retain rights in information, logos, and materials they provide. By providing them for the campaign, the applicant permits BFP to use them as reasonably necessary to evaluate the application, prepare the design, produce the cards, fulfill delivery, and announce selected businesses as described in the Official Rules.
Communications
Administrative communications may include confirmations, verification requests, selection notices, shipping instructions, and production-related messages.
Under the current program policy, the form also requires consent to BFP marketing emails. Commercial messages will include a way to unsubscribe.
Availability and changes
BFP works to keep the website available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device.
BFP may modify, suspend, or withdraw features, content, or the campaign for maintenance, security, fraud prevention, legal changes, production availability, or other reasonable purposes.
Third-party services and links
The website may use hosting, database, security, abuse-prevention, analytics, and communications providers. Use of those services may be subject to their own policies.
External links are provided for convenience. BFP does not control or endorse third-party websites, products, or practices.
Disclaimers
The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law.
BFP does not guarantee that applying, being selected, or receiving cards will produce sales, exposure, credit, funding, business relationships, or any specific result.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, BFP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the website.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
User responsibility
You are responsible for your conduct, the accuracy of submitted information, and having authority to use any logo, text, image, or other material you provide.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for reasonable claims arising from false information, infringement of third-party rights, or misuse of the website.
Accessibility
BFP aims to provide an accessible experience. If a barrier prevents you from accessing information or completing the application, contact BFP to request reasonable assistance.
Governing law and severability
These terms are governed by Florida law. Where legally permitted, disputes must be brought in Broward County, Florida.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
