By submitting an application, the applicant agrees to these Official Rules. This campaign is an internally reviewed promotional program, not a random drawing.
Sponsor and campaign
The BFP Small Business Visibility Giveaway is sponsored by Broward Flyers & Printing, Florida, United States (the “Sponsor”).
The campaign is intended to support the visibility of eligible businesses through professionally printed business cards.
Eligibility
- The business must be legally registered, located, active, and operating in the United States.
- Any legally registered and operating U.S. business may submit an application during the open period.
- To be selected in this edition, the business must be Minority-Owned, Hispanic-Owned, Women-Owned, or any combination of these categories. An applicant who selects None of these may submit but is not eligible for selection in this edition.
- Businesses of any size and industry are welcome, including one-person businesses.
- The applicant must be authorized to act for the business.
- The applicant must not have previously completed a paid order with BFP.
- Only one application per person and one application per business are permitted.
Formal ownership certification is not required at initial application. BFP may request reasonable documentation to verify eligibility before confirming a selection.
Application period and volume
Applications are accepted only during the dates and times displayed on the campaign website. Unless otherwise stated, America/New_York is used and BFP's system is the official timekeeper.
There is no predetermined cap on the total number of eligible applications BFP may receive during the open period. The number 100 applies only to the maximum number of businesses ultimately selected.
How to apply
- Complete the official online form with truthful, complete, and current information.
- Select every ownership category that applies, or None of these when applicable.
- Accept the required rules, policies, and consents.
- Complete the security check and submit the form only once.
- Save the BFP application reference displayed on the confirmation page.
There is no application fee. A purchase does not improve the chance of selection. Shipping is quoted only after selection and does not influence the review.
Selection process
Broward Flyers & Printing reviews applications based on submission eligibility, selection eligibility, active business operations, completeness, the potential usefulness of the cards, and alignment with the campaign's objectives.
Selection is not random and is not first-come, first-served. BFP may request clarification or verification before making a decision.
A maximum of 100 real businesses may be selected. Test or demo applications do not count toward that limit. BFP may select fewer than 100 businesses if there are not enough eligible or verifiable applications.
Benefit for selected businesses
- Each selected business may receive 1,000 standard business cards printed by BFP.
- The printing cost for the standard cards is covered by BFP.
- Final size, stock, finish, options, and specifications are subject to the parameters communicated by Broward Flyers & Printing.
- Selected businesses must provide print-ready artwork for one-sided or double-sided printing. Graphic design assistance may be available for an additional fee when production-ready files are not provided.
- The benefit is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and does not guarantee sales, business results, credit, or funding.
Shipping and production
Selected businesses are responsible for the shipping charge quoted for the valid delivery address provided. No shipping charge is collected during application.
Broward Flyers & Printing will provide the amount, payment instructions, artwork requirements, and any deadlines before production begins. A selected business may decline the benefit and not pay shipping.
Production and delivery depend on the selected business responding, providing usable materials, confirming its information, and paying the shipping charge according to the instructions provided.
Notification, response, and verification
Broward Flyers & Printing contacts applicants by email when additional information is required or when an update requires attention. Applicants may request a secure link to view only their public status and next steps.
A selection may be withdrawn if the business does not respond, cannot verify eligibility, provided false information, does not provide required materials, or does not complete shipping payment by the communicated deadline. BFP may offer the place to another eligible business.
BFP does not guarantee a specific date for review, notification, production, or delivery.
Communications and selected-business announcements
Under the current program policy, the form requires consent to receive BFP marketing emails. Recipients may unsubscribe using the link included in commercial messages.
BFP may publish the business name, city, and state of selected businesses to administer and announce the campaign. Any additional use of logos, testimonials, or promotional materials is subject to the appropriate permissions.
Personal information
Information is collected and used according to the campaign Privacy Policy, including for administration, security, review, communication, selection, and production.
By applying, the applicant represents that they are authorized to provide the submitted information and receive communications concerning the business.
Conduct, fraud, and disqualification
- BFP may reject or disqualify duplicate, automated, incomplete, false, manipulated, or security-evasion submissions.
- BFP may disqualify anyone who interferes with the website, harasses staff, impersonates another person, or violates these rules.
- BFP's administrative eligibility and selection decisions are final, subject to applicable law.
Modification, suspension, or cancellation
BFP may pause, modify, extend, close, or cancel the campaign when reasonably necessary because of technical problems, fraud, force majeure, legal changes, production availability, or other circumstances affecting program integrity.
Material changes will be posted on the campaign website. BFP will endeavor to treat valid applications received before a change fairly.
Limitations and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, BFP is not responsible for internet interruptions, device failures, messages filtered as spam, incorrect addresses, carrier delays, incomplete data, or events beyond its reasonable control.
Applicants are responsible for accurate information and monitoring their email. Any tax or reporting obligation arising from receipt of the benefit is the selected business's responsibility.
Governing law
These rules are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where legally permitted, disputes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Broward County, Florida.
